You supply us with all your requirements and product details, so we can start to develop the concept in detail. We jointly identify and categorise your exact needs by defining the goals, objectives, and corresponding timelines to fulfil your requirements.

Supply Analysis

We review and provide an in-depth analysis of potential supplier options and start engaging them on the required specs, designs, quotations, mock-ups, samples and we then present those back to you.

Strategy Analysis

We work with you to define the project end to end, including quantity, quality, costings and timing, and fulfilment. Communicating your exact requirements as well as the end-goals and performance expectations is critical for suppliers to have a clear understanding of your needs and are aligned to your strategy.

Supplier Selection

You select the supplier based on the stringent selection criteria we have developed with you, and we kick off the factory audits and setting the production standards.

Contract Implementation

Our legal team will guide you through the legal complexity to conclude the right contract, before you place the order on the supplier.

It’s critical to measure supplier performance vis-à-vis the requirements and objectives of the organisation. Once in production, we start our various QC processes, manage deadlines, all before the goods are consolidated for shipping. We track supplier performance and identify areas for improvement in order for you to understand supplier risks and design strategies to mitigate all possible supply chain disruptions.
